About the ARC and Improvement Requests

Did you know that all external improvements to your home and yard require and architectural request submission and approval?

Here is a handy checklist to consider when applying:

Check the Design Guidelines to ensure your project falls within the accepted guidelines

Include as much information in your application as possible - material types, location, dimensions, etc.

Include photos of the location of the improvement and the materials to be used

Include plans drawn to scale- larger projects require more detailed information.

If you are looking to repaint your home please consult the Painting Map and Schemes page. Note: as of 2018 we have a great new color schemes book. You are now required to select a color scheme from the new book. Unfortunately, the original schemes can no longer be used.
